What better way to start off the new year then by learning a new skill? My friend and hairdresser Lacey just moved to Texas, and I now have no one to cut my boys hair.

My sister in law Shayna happened to mention that she cuts her boys hair, so I roped her into giving me a lesson!

I planned on just starting with Cort...Shayna walked me through it, ok let's be honest she ended up doing it all! She did a fabulous job, and gave me enough confidence to try Cash's hair. I did a lot of Cash's and felt pretty proud of myself. It wasn't perfect, but once she touched it up I think I ended up with two handsome boys! Maybe I will attempt cutting their hair all on my own next time....maybe.
