Thanks to the memorial weekend Bret didn't have class or work Saturday or Monday, it was so nice to be able to spend the whole weekend with him!
He got in some golf Saturday morning and then we headed up to Brigham City like we do every memorial weekend.
Cort and Cash loved staying at great grandma and grandpa Smith's. Cort insisted on sleeping in their pack and play, and boy did he sleep great.
Sunday we drove to Logan to visit Ashley and Andy...Cort LOVES them, and it's not hard to see why. They spoiled him by playing the wii with him and feeding him some of his favorite things. Otter pops and pickles!
When we got back to Brigham we stopped at Great grandma and grandpa Penrods, where Cort was spoiled more! He snacked on gummy bears, pulled out every toy in the closet and even enjoyed a back massage! Cash loved the toys, especially the dogs! He also had several "phone conversations" on the remote to the massage chair!
Back at the Smiths the boys had fun with their Stevens cousins. Monday while waiting for more cousins Bret and Cort walked to the river to find wood to make into boats to race. Once everyone else came we enjoyed a BBQ with the Smiths and desserts with the Penrods! We left before the drama of the swing set breaking and hitting cousin Jordan...but we are glad everyone was ok!
All in all it was a great weekend spending time with family.
